May - August 2008

Photos from the Point Nepean Music Festival - a production that Showtech were involved with earlier in the year - have been uploaded to our photo gallery. This is the second year that Showtech have participated in the festival.

More recently Showtech constructed an aerial rig for an aerial performance at Southland Shopping center during the school holidays.

March - April 2008

In early April Showtech were contracted to take part in the Australian Olympic Uniform launch, hosted by Adidas. For the ceremony Showtech were asked to build two large oriental styled lanterns from which the athletes were lowered out of to present the uniforms.
It was a uniquely styled event that helped to highlight the exceptional nature of our athletes and the new uniforms they are to wear.

Also in April, our sister company, Aerial Fusion, provided aerial artists for an Amway production. They put on an absolutely stunning performance awing the crowd with their aerial stunts.

Jan - Feb 2008

08' kicked off to a rapid start with Showtech continuing through to the new year without a fault and launching themselves into some rather 'uncommon' tasks.

One of the more outstanding productions was the construction of a full length tennis court on top of the Melbourne Cricket Ground score board. This was done to promote the launch of Adidas' newest shoe - the Barricade V. Needless to say the tennis court received world wide media coverage.
